My daughter Kristin of Kritters Ramblings and I went to our indie book store One More Page.
Jenny Milchman was at the store doing a reading from her book Cover of Snow.
Jenny seems to support of other authors. She was fun to talk to and real perky. Her reading made the book come alive. She made we want to move her book up on my list of to be read.

I looked the book up on Goodreads and, although I don't read a lot of thrillers, it sounds like a riveting read. I love going to author events.

I am not usually a reader of thrillers either, but my daughter really wanted to go see this author. After her reading and talking about the book, it made me want to read it. Author events are so much fun!
